Set up PLBS (Guarantee management)

Getting your PLBS app up and running for the first time is easy. You should have received an email from us with a QR code and information about your new Originator. All you need to do is go to the Settings area of PLBS app, and just scan the QR code. You can also add that information manually.

To set up your PLBS app for first time use:

1. Open PLBS by tapping the icon:
   

   

2. Tap the Settings button:
   

   

3. Tap the Scan Settings QR Code button.
   

   

   
   Your POS' camera will activate.

4. Now scan the QR code on the email you received for your PLBS product:
   

   

   
   Your POS device will now be configured for your Originator.

5. (Alternatively) You can enter your Originator and Originator Key that you received on the email:
   

   

6. Finally, enter in your Merchant Name and Merchant Address. These fields will be used on the printed receipts, so it is important to fill them in now, before processing your first PLBS (guarantee) transaction.
