Generally speaking, as a PayXpert merchant, your invoices are automated in the Backoffice and require very little interaction on your end.
Invoices are generated in our system at the end of the recurring period, and we validate them for you. On or before the “Due date” given on the invoice, we send you your money and the invoice appears in the system as “Paid”.
In normal circumstances, your bank account is credited with the proceeds of your sales earnings, minus the costs for our services. In other words, we handle both earnings and costs on the same invoice.
On the invoice, your gross earnings for a recurring period are given in “Total statement”:
The costs of our services are given in “Total invoice”:
The money we deposit in your account is given in “Total to receive…”:
Now let’s take a look at the exceptions to this normal workflow, and the other possible Invoice statuses you may see.

Waiting for accountant payment
The invoice is awaiting action from our accountants. You will be paid on or before the due date of the invoice
Waiting for customer payment
The invoice reflects a negative balance. In other words, for this recurring period, there have been more costs than earnings. This can happen when you have experienced a lot of chargebacks, for example
Pay the amount due on the invoice
Blocked for payment
The invoice is being reviewed by PayXpert
Blocked for review
We are reviewing the invoice at the moment and will inform you if any action is required
Blocked due to missing information
We are not able to process the invoice because information is missing on your end. For example, we might be missing your bank account number
Please provide us with the information requested by our representative so that we can process the invoice for you
