The Processing tab on the Backoffice menu is a window to all of your transactions being processed by PayXpert, be they from your website, POS device, or virtual terminal, and no matter which payment method they have come through (credit card, bank transfer, Alipay etc.).
There is also a page dedicated to the transactions that have come through thanks to subscriptions you have secured with your consumers, and another one where you can process mail-order (MO) or telephone-order (TO) sales via a virtual terminal (if enabled).
In the following pages, we explain how to find transactions, how to decipher them, what actions you can take, and how to use your virtual terminal (if we have enabled this feature for your account).
