POS shows "failed transaction"
Terminal shows a failed transaction message.
This error appears for various reasons:
Wrong password entered by the customer.
Insufficient balance in the customer’s WeChat / Alipay wallet.
Insufficient balance in the customer’s bank account.
Payment amount exceeds a transaction limit(s).
Here are some possible solutions:
Ask the customer to reenter the password.
Suggest the customer use another card option.
If the above does not work, get in touch by opening a support ticket.
