Refunds increase customers` confidence and minimise the risk of chargebacks. Refunds can be for the total amount or a partial refund of the amount of the transations, but never greater. We made refunds easy and convenient to do.
- go to Processing > Transactions in the main menu.
- Search the transaction you would like to refund. Check here to know more about transactions.
- In the action column click on the magnify glass icon to open the details of the transaction.
- Click on the Operations tab
- If the transaction allows a refund an option will be visible as shown below.
